By accessing or using Lynx Signal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Lynx Signal provides a Chrome extension and web dashboard that monitors LinkedIn feeds to detect buying signals and provides AI-powered lead scoring and outreach suggestions for B2B sales purposes.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. You must not use the Service to engage in spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Credits not used within a month roll over to the following month, up to a maximum of one additional month's worth.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Lynx Signal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynx Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
